MediSYS ePrescribe: Not your ordinary electronic prescription application, MediSYS ePrescribe includes (at no additional charge) participating external lab results, messaging, and Medicaid TFQ. It is Web accessible available with MediSYS PM, MediSYS EHR, MediSYS EHR “Lite” or as a standalone.

For Medicare eligible professionals (EPs), eRX incentive payments are available until 2013.  In 2012, payment adjustments began for EPs who did not successfully report ePrescribing activity or an approved hardship exemption.

Using a secure, web-accessible application, with MediSYS ePrescribe you have virtually anywhere access. Plus, MediSYS’ ePrescribe is compatible with handheld mobile applications such as: Android OS, Window’s Mobile, Apple’s iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm, Smartphone, and iPod Touch. The mobile application allows physicians to securely prescribe medications and electronically route prescriptions to SureScripts, the country’s largest national electronic prescribing network. Physicians have access to information regarding possible contraindications, medication history and allergies. Contraindication checking includes drug-to-drug, drug-to-disease, and drug-to-allergy interactions. Physicians also have access to medication and pharmacy preferences via handhelds.
