Patient Portal can improve patients’ satisfaction and practice efficiency.  This optional service with MediSYS EHR offers a secure gateway for patients to conveniently access certain information and communicate with clinics.

With Patient Portal, patients have self-service options like:

Medications

• View Current Medication list and history
• Submit refill requests to physicians
• View refill request status which can be approved or denied by the physician.
• Approved prescriptions can be electronically submitted to pharmacy by physician with real-time of status on portal

Messaging

• Submit messages to physicians and staff members
• View message responses from clinic

Labs

• View lab results including comments that are forwarded to the portal by the Physician

Demographics/Scheduling

• View current patient demographics
• Request a new appointment and view existing scheduled appointments
