EHR Incentive Programs
The primary steps for participating in EHR Incentives include:
- Determine Eligibility for program (s)
- Select a Program (Medicare or Medicaid)
- Register
- Become a Meaningful User per specifications
- Attest

Registration:
Once you have determined eligibility and selected your program, you may register at www.cms.gov/EHRIncentivePrograms/20_RegistrationandAttestation.asp#TopOfPage
then complete registration at the state level if you elected Medicaid.
